Changing plans
- • Upgrades apply immediately. The unused portion of your current plan is credited and you are charged only the prorated difference for the rest of this billing period — upgrading from Starter to Pro halfway through a month bills roughly half the difference, not the full Pro price. You confirm the charge before it happens, and your next renewal is at the new plan's full price.
- • Downgrades also apply immediately. Your unused time on the higher plan is credited toward future invoices rather than refunded.
- • Cancelling keeps your current plan active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then the account returns to Free.
